The Foster Cheese Haus strives to be the retailer of choice in the Chippewa Valley that sets the benchmark for organically grown, regionally sourced, family farm supportive and ethically grown food products. We aim to transition away from counting the miles food has traveled to reach your plate and instead ponder the number of steps it was carried from our garden to arrive on your plate. We aim to become the leading choice for locals and travelers alike.

Foster Cheese Haus is primarily a wood fired pizza, cheese, craft beer and fine wine seller. We offer over 100 cheese products from local daries and 175 craft beer products. Wines may be bought both by the bottle as well as by the glass. As a secondary, but just as important product line, Foster Cheese Haus offers an artisan deli, and bakery. The deli includes soup and sandwiches, most of which are organic and made from local ingredients. Customers can watch their pizzas being cooked in the two wood fired pizza ovens.

We are located between Osseo and Eau Claire, Wisconsin just off of Interstate 94 at Exit 81.
